PowerStream Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PowerStream Inc. (“PowerStream,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the PowerStream application, website, and related services.

By using PowerStream, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. Some information is necessary to create an account, provide the service, protect users, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

1. Information We Collect

Account and profile information

Content and social activity

Content you publish to public areas of PowerStream may be visible to other users and may be shared by them outside PowerStream. Private communications are processed to provide the communication service and for legitimate safety, security, and legal purposes.

Calling, camera, microphone, and media

If you choose to use voice calling, video calling, livestreaming, recording, uploading, or related features, PowerStream may request access to your camera, microphone, photographs, videos, or device media. Access occurs only through the permissions and controls made available by your device.

Transactions and creator services

When you make a purchase, sell products, receive creator payments, subscribe, rent content, or use monetization features, we may process transaction identifiers, purchase status, product information, payout status, billing contact information, and shipping or fulfillment information when required.

Payment-card and connected-account services may be provided by Stripe or applicable app-store payment systems. PowerStream does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

Information from permissions

Depending on the feature you choose, PowerStream may request access to notifications, camera, microphone, photographs, videos, media files, approximate or precise location, or contact-related functionality. You may control supported permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.

2. How We Use Information

3. How Information May Be Shared

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

PowerStream does not sell personal information for money. If our practices materially change, this policy and any legally required user choices will be updated before the new practice takes effect.

4. Advertising and Analytics

PowerStream may use analytics to understand service usage, diagnose problems, protect the platform, and improve features. If advertising functionality is active, advertising providers may process device, interaction, and advertising information as disclosed through PowerStream, device permissions, consent controls, and applicable app-store disclosures.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate PowerStream, provide requested services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal obligations, and protect users.

When an account is deleted, information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified, except information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, transaction, dispute, tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory reasons. Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups before being overwritten.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their PowerStream account and associated personal data. Visit our Account Deletion Request page for instructions.

Requests must be sent from, or verified against, the email address connected to the account. PowerStream may request limited additional information to confirm account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.
