Delete Your PowerStream Account

This page provides a public method to request deletion of a PowerStream account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Use the email address associated with your PowerStream account whenever possible.
  2. Send an email to spsstreamnetwork@gmail.com with the subject PowerStream Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your PowerStream display name and the email address connected to the account. Do not send your password.
  4. Respond to any reasonable ownership-verification request from PowerStream.

Never include your PowerStream password, full payment-card number, or government identification in the initial deletion email.

What will be deleted

Following verification, PowerStream will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data, including supported profile information and content associated with the account, subject to the exceptions below.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment and transaction records, fraud prevention, platform security, dispute resolution, tax and accounting obligations, legal compliance, or the protection of users and PowerStream. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups before being overwritten.

Processing time

PowerStream will begin processing after account ownership is verified and will generally complete an eligible deletion request within 30 days, unless additional time or retention is permitted or required by law.
